dc.description.abstractEnglishEach one of the elements of lawful self-defense is explained and analyzed according to the regulations of the state of Guanajuato. There are many cases in which the first instance judge ignores the limits and requirements of lawful self-defense and classifies it as a quarrel. However, within the framework of modern criminal legal dogmatics, lawful defense is considered as a basic tool for the establishment of the social order itself, seeking, at the same time, to avoid arbitrariness in the judge and the determination of the due right of the defendant.en
