dc.description.abstractSe analiza el principio de igualdad como fundamento de los derechos humanos partiendo de la premisa de que la igualdad es el nervio motor del ejercicio efectivo de los derechos humanos; se examinan las resoluciones jurisdiccionales de tres casos de violación a derechos humanos en los que se tutelan los derechos a la educación, la salud y el acceso al agua y saneamiento, concluyendo que es fundamental atender al principio de igualdad para poner en acción la plena protección de los derechos humanos.es_MX
