| dc.description.abstract | En nuestro país existen leyes (Ley de la Propiedad Industrial) e instituciones (Instituto Mexicano de la Propiedad Industrial) que pretenden regular todo lo relacionado en materia de propiedad industrial. Aunque se conocen pocos casos donde exista la revelación de un secreto industrial en nuestro país, se deben plantear normas para evitar que esto suceda. Este trabajo documental tiene por objeto dar a conocer como se encuentra regulado en nuestro país lo relacionado a propiedad industrial. Surge de la necesidad de identificar si se aplican las acciones correspondientes cuando alguna persona infrinja en lo estipulado por la ley. Se analizara un caso en el cual existe una divulgación de secreto industrial sin consentimiento de la organización responsable, con el fin de saber si en nuestro país se toman las acciones necesarias para castigar este acto. | es_MX |
